Your Gaja Health experience starts by getting to know a Health Advocate over a 30-40 minute phone call. Once you have created your account, use the “Schedule call” button on your home screen to schedule a call.

Your Health Advocates are available 12 hour a day, 5 days a week. Reach out at your convenience with questions, comments or concerns you may have. Their aim is to support you living a healthier life by addressing your mind, body and soul. You can go to them with problems, questions, or support related to your goals and wellbeing.

With the Gaja Health app you can access tools aimed to reduce the stress and anxiety of staying on track with a healthy lifestyle. Think of it as a Personal Assistant in the palm of your hands, ready to help with finding recipes, self-care exercises, and tips to take small steps towards reaching your health goals.
In addition to the available in-app tools, your advocates can help personalize health-related educational content to you and your family’s unique needs.
